HY-10特有的(de)五元含(han)氮雜環(huán)能以靜(jing)電引力(li)和大π鍵(jiàn)形式吸(xi)附在金(jin)屬表面(mian)。一方面(miàn)改變金(jīn)屬表面(mian)的電荷(he)分布和(hé)界面性(xìng)質，使金(jin)屬表面(miàn)的能量(liàng)狀态趨(qu)于穩定(ding)化，減低(di)腐蝕反(fan)應；另一(yi)方面由(yóu)于非極(jí)性基團(tuan)緊密排(pai)列在金(jīn)屬表面(miàn)形成一(yī)層疏⭐水(shuǐ)膜，使腐(fu)蝕反應(ying)得到抑(yì)制；同時(shi)它在金(jin)屬表面(miàn)可以改(gai)變🚩氫離(lí)子的氧(yang)化還原(yuan)電位，也(ye)可以絡(luo)合溶液(yè)💘中的某(mou)些氧化(hua)劑，減低(dī)電位達(dá)到緩蝕(shí)的目的(de)。HY-10含有沉(chen)澱🌏成膜(mó)組分，能(neng)夠及時(shí)修複由(you)沖刷等(děng)💃🏻原因造(zào)成的膜(mo)損傷。整(zheng)體表現(xiàn)🔆爲成膜(mó)牢固，緩(huan)蝕優異(yì)。

使(shǐ)用方法(fǎ)

1.可原液(yè)注入或(huo)用溶劑(jì)油均勻(yun)稀釋後(hou)注入。

2.按(an)系統處(chù)理量的(de)5-10ppm注入；前(qián)期注入(ru)量爲正(zheng)常期的(de)2-4倍，三天(tiān)後每天(tian)依次按(an)3ppm的速度(du)遞減至(zhi)正常使(shi)用量。

3.本(ben)劑冬天(tiān)使用時(shi)，可适當(dang)用蒸汽(qi)加熱。

包(bāo)裝與儲(chu)存

1.     200L塑料(liào)桶，IBC桶

2.     宜(yi)放置陰(yin)涼通風(feng)處。不可(ke)靠近明(míng)火、酸堿(jiǎn)類和氧(yǎng)化劑🌏類(lei)化工品(pin)。

 

操作注(zhù)意事項(xiang)

3.     操作人(ren)員應穿(chuān)戴乳膠(jiāo)手套及(ji)防護眼(yǎn)鏡等防(fáng)護品。

4.     如(ru)遇本物(wù)觸及皮(pí)膚時可(kě)用大量(liang)水沖洗(xi)後再用(yòng)肥皂洗(xǐ)淨即可(ke)；如遇本(běn)物品濺(jian)入眼睛(jing)請在現(xiàn)場立即(ji)用水充(chōng)分清洗(xi)之後立(li)即就醫(yi)檢查。

5.     如(ru)遇火災(zai)，可用幹(gan)粉、泡沫(mò)、CO2 等滅火(huǒ)器以及(jí)黃砂滅(mie)火。

How to use

1. It can be injected with the original liquid or uniformly diluted with solvent oil.

2. 5-10ppm injection according to the system processing capacity;The amount of injection in the early stage was 2-4 times of that in the normal stage, and then decreased to the normal usage at the rate of 3ppm every day after 3 days.

Packaging & amp; storage

1. 200L plastic barrel, IBC ton barrel.

2. It is advisable to place a cool and ventilated place. Not close to open fire, acid and alkali and oxidizer chemicals.

Operational considerations

1. Operators should wear latex gloves and protective glasses and other protective products.
